Hello all, I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on October 10th for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH)

This cause is particularly close to my heart as I used to be a patient at Great Ormond Street Hospital, a place that has helped me both physically and mentally. For this reason GOSH will always have a special place in my heart. 

I can say from personal experience now that I am older looking back that GOSH made a major contribution in my personal development as the team there were like a second family to me. For this reason any opportunity given I will always look to give back to them.
