We need you !!!!!!

Adeeba and I have taken on SBH Scotland's 1st 30 Day Challenge 3000. Every day we will need to complete 100 exercises that will be chosen by the public on a weekly basis.

Please give what you can, as staff members of SBH Scotland we know how hard the last 2 years have been and the income that has been lost due to COVID.

SBH Scotland is the only Scottish charity with a remit to support all those affected by spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus across

 Scotland.They need to raise over £1 million each year to continue to support all those affected and due to COVID-19 all of their income was halved, they need your support now more than ever!!!Please help me raise as much as I can for this wonderful charity and make sure that they can continue their specialist support.
