The National Children’s Bureau champions the rights of children and young people. We bring people and organisations together to drive change in society. We interrogate policy, uncover evidence and develop better ways of supporting children and families. We are united for a better childhood.

Story

Hello, my name is Scarlett-Rose Farmer and I’m 13 years old. I have decided to take on the challenge of running 100k (62 miles) throughout the month of March, in aid of the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) charity.

The NCB is a charity that helps disadvantaged children in the UK and aims to build a better childhood for all children. They want children to get the best start to life and ensure vulnerable children get the targeted help they need.

After spending a lot of time at home during lockdown, I appreciate that I’m lucky to have the love and support of brilliant friends and family. Anything we can do to help all children get any level of love and support would be amazing.

Any donations, big or small, will be greatly appreciated. If you would like to donate please click the link. Thank you, Scarlett-Rose.
