In order to raise some money for Mind, a charity close to my heart I will be eating some fermented Swedish fish called Surströmming, once voted the world's smelliest food. 

Once the £500 fundraising target is hit I will submit to my fate and stream the entire episode on IG live.

I commit to eating at least one whole fish, unless it's so smelly it kills me first!
