This year one of our friends and teammates lost their stepdad after he battled MND following a diagnosis in 2020. We wanted to do something to show our support for Amanda and her family, as well as continue the fundraising efforts for MND that we have done in the past.

So we are taking on the Abbott Hill 10k run as a group, aiming to smash out some PBs and raise some money for the fight against the cause.
