Story

A team of "professional" designers, engineers and racing "experts" from Schofield Sweeney will be taking part in Bradford Super Soapbox Challenge on Sunday 1st May.

Come along to watch our brave soapbox team hurtle down a huge ramp in our creation. It’ll be a great day out for all the family with continual commentary on the exciting race as well as a funfair, live music and lots of local food and drink outlets to choose from.

We will be raising funds for our charity of the year, Yorkshire Cancer Research.

In Yorkshire, nearly 600 people receive a cancer diagnosis every week.
When you fundraise for Yorkshire Cancer Research, you’re helping to fund pioneering research to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer in our region so at least 2000 more people survive cancer in our region.

Cancer affects all of us in one way or another, we all have a story to tell. The charity is of significance this year after losing our dear friend and colleague Lisa. The team will be racing in memory of Lisa and all those who continue to battle cancer every day.

Please donate if you can, any amount will make a huge difference.
