In Yorkshire, nearly 600 people receive a cancer diagnosis every week. When you fundraise for Yorkshire Cancer Research, you’re helping to fund pioneering research to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer in our region.

Cancer affects all of us in one way or another, we all have a story to tell. The charity is of significance this year after losing our dear friend and colleague Lisa. The team will be running in memory of Lisa and all those who continue to battle cancer every day.

Please donate if you can, any amount will make a huge difference to Yorkshire Cancer Research.

What makes these events special are the crowds. Support for runners along the route is always phenomenal, whatever the weather. So we also encourage you to come along and support our team, they will get a boost from the words of encouragement they receive.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
