Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As many of you will know, my Dad (Big Steve) was sadly taken from us last year on the 17th of February shortly after his 56th birthday. This was a shock to all as he led a really clean and healthy lifestyle, participating in time trials throughout Scotland as well as the Masters World Track Cycling. Cycling was his passion but most of all he enjoyed helping others, motivating many to lose weight and make healthy choices whether it was running, cycling or just eating well. This made losing Dad even harder to accept, but also opened my eyes to the fact that life is precious and should never be taken for granted.
I made a promise to remember Dad in a positive way and would like to continue his legacy in helping others by raising money for the British Heart Foundation. I want to complete a number of challenges, starting by climbing 31 peaks for the year of my 31st birthday, over the next 12 months. I will be taking on Hills, Peaks, Tors, Mountains, Bens and Munro’s, pretty much anything with a view! Please visit my Instagram page @thedavidsonchallenge for updates.
