My Dad passed away last December from a heart attack, he battled problems with his heart for many years.
Anyone who knew my Dad will tell you how brilliant he was, always having a laugh and telling a story of his days at the Railway. The ultimate family man, great husband to my Mum and a fantastic Dad to me and my big Sis Becks who is also doing the ride. 

This feels like the best way I can honour the big man and help others in the process by trying to raise as much money as I can for a great cause.

Having not ridden a bike in years, 60 miles in one night seemed a little crazy but I'm getting there with the training and you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be crossing that finish line in the early hours of Sunday morning, the 13th of July, in Brighton. And later on I'll be raising a glass to Barry, my Dad, the best of blokes!
