My Wife Lucy Goodwin got diagnosed with breast cancer on the 3rd February, as you can imagine it was a big shock and heart breaking,  with young children it was the hardest thing to explain to them that mummy was poorly, it’s been so hard but if I’m honest LUCY as been so positive it’s unreal she has really as kept us all going, to see your loved ones go through pain and repeated hospital appointments it’s a hard pill to swallow, for me doing the marathon is nothing compared to what Lucy will go through in the next 18 months or so BUT it will help if you could all raise abit of cash and support this worth while charity the staff at Spires hospital in Leicester have been fantastic, fingers crossed in 18 months or so  we’ll all be celebrating the good news Lucy has the all clear, that will be some party!!!!  Just also like to say the support we’ve had from family and friends has been overwhelming.
