The Rock 'n' Roll Edinburgh Half Marathon 2012 · 15 April 2012 ·

Over 100,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running Edinburgh's 'Rock 'n' Roll' Half Marathon in memory of an amazing friend, Robbie Dickie, who was sadly taken from us last September.

Robbie was a great supporter of the MS Society Scotland- a charity who provide extensive and worthwhile support to sufferers and their families. Money raised will be channelled specifically to help young people suffering in Ayrshire.

Robbie was also a huge music fan and so the 'Rock and Roll' Half Marathon seems like the perfect event for him. I will be running as part of a group of friends and with live music at every mile-mark it looks set to be a fantastic event.

Your support would be very much apreciated whether in the form of a donation or a cheer on the day! Many thanks, Scott

Thanks also to Alison Peacock and Stuart Doolan for pulling us together for this great event!
