I am gleefully embracing my cliche bucket list / mid-life crisis / lycra passion etc. and cycling probably the most iconic multi-day bike ride in the world!

Over 9 epic days, I will cover 980 miles and climb over 52,500 feet of ascent (Mount Everest is 'only' 29,000 feet!) in what will be my biggest cycling challenge to date, starting 4 days after my 50th birthday.
