Parkinson's is a disease that plays a big part in my family's life so, myself and my amazing pal Rob, are cycling from John O' Groats to Land's End to help raise money for further research into this really shit disease!!

I'm sure it will be emotional, physically demanding and there'll be plenty of lube used along the way so any donations big or small will help us towards the finish line.......
