In 2010 I lost my Dad to Motor Neurone Disease, aged 53.

It is impossible to put into words the overwhelming and devastating nature of a disease which in less than a year turned my Dad, an active man with a passion for life into someone totally dependent on others for the simplest actions we all take for granted.

My Dad was my Hero and my Guide and not a day will go by that I won't think of him.
