I am taking part in this year’s Tough Mudder 2021.

Suggested by the players & management staff at our football club, Rhydymwyn FC, after such a tough 12+ months for everybody throughout the pandemic, what better way to bring the team back together collectively than taking part in a challenge like this & raising some money for a cause that is close to our hearts, and for many others around us.

People sometimes struggle and that’s perfectly normal, i’ll encourage anyone to talk about their problems/issues as a problem shared is a problem halved!
