As most of you will know my amazing son Sonnie was born with some heart complications and has had to overcome some major surgeries already so i have decided to run 5K a day for the whole of february in a bid to raise as much money as Possible for the Glasgow Childrens Hopsital Charity. 

I am doing this in the run up to his biggest surgery to date in which he will be in for 12 hours, so this will be a great thing to keep me focused, fit & healthy all while making money for a great cause, any help is greatly appreciated.

My Mate Richard 'Toby' Tobin has informed me that he is willing to go that extra bit further and do 10K a day for the whole of February!! Just shows how much people want to make as much money for this great cause as possible.
