To coincide with the 40th anniversary of KIND (Kid's In Need and Distress) we are building a reading room and Library in memory of my late father who championed literature and education, and was a lifetime supporter of KIND.

My four oldest friends kindly agreed to do this challenge with me to raise the £5,000 needed to complete this project. 

We have chosen to take on the gargantuan BEN NEVIS... That's 17km of grueling uphill climb.

 We chose it, not only because it is beyond challenging to us five novice climbers, its also because we are covering our own costs so ALL the money YOU DONATE goes directly to KIND.
