The Health Tree Foundation has received a wish for our maternity ward at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby. We will be running our lamp appeal from 8th December until 15th December until 1.30pm.

Midwife Vicki Booth said "My wish is for bedside lamps to enable women to relax in low lighting during labour, and also to assist them with their night feeds. The simple addition of a lamp makes all the difference when creating a relaxed environment for women to give birth"

These lamps cost £5.99 each and would make such a difference to the experience of mums and new born babies at during the precious time they spend at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital. Small changes make big differences, just like a small contribution can make such a long-term impact.
