<p class="MsoPlainText">Event founder Dave Thompson MBE DL is launching a fundraising campaign by "Going the Extra Mile" with an ambitious Scuba Diving Challenge of one mile (66 lengths of a standard swimming pool). Dave has been a full time wheelchair user since 1989, with limited use in his left arm, and none in his right arm and legs.</p>
<p> Dave's dive buddy and DAD Stewards Controller, Graham Horton will be <span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: &quot;Calibri&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;">one of many people joining the challenge.<span> </span></span></p>
<p>Experienced and novice divers are invited to join Dave and Graham. All equipment hire is provided free by our sponsor - Terry Wood from Cybaqua, Warrington's premier diving store. <p>Please note experienced and novice divers wishing to take part in the Challenge will need to raise a minimum sponsorship of £50. The event will be held at Fordton Leisure Centre in Warrington.</p>
