Well well well......, this seemed like a good idea at the time!!!

When I decided to take part in this race sometimes in March. I doubted I could walk the 5K. I needed an incentive to get my back off my bum and back to the gym, or walking, or cycling or any form of exercise this seemed the perfect inspiration.

As I write this, 17days to the 'Race for Change' I still doubt I can run the full course, as I havent done anything like this before. I might have on the treadmill, but most people know running outdoors is a totally different ball game. By supporting me now you are encouraging me to keep up the training and get fit, and I need all the encouragement I can get !!.
