I will be cycling just under 200 miles in 3 days from London to Paris in May, which for someone who just plays golf (badly), it's going to be hard work and painful.

I have chosen RSPCA East Norfolk as my charity. Having worked with them for the last four years Fostering cats and kittens, I have seen lots of badly treated/injured and unwanted animals come into the branch and have seen what an amazing job they do treating and       re-homing them.

I recently fostered a cat with huge swollen ulcerated feet, he's had two operations to put them right and help him feel more comfortable, he's recovering well before going onto his new "forever home".

All RSPCA branches are independently financed, the East Norfolk branch is self funding and any amount you sponsor, big or small, will help towards the care of these animals. They run a small clinic which provides essential care for sick and injured animals, they are looking to buy some essential equipment that will not only help the animals but owners as well.

Please help me raise some much needed funds for RSPCA East Norfolk Branch. Every donation is massively appreciated, will make a real difference and will help to make my saddle sore just a little bit more bearable!
