I’ve been lucky enough to be chosen to run the 2021 London Marathon and will be running to raise funds for the charity Blood Cancer UK. By donating, you will be able to help uncover how blood cancer works, allowing them to target it more effectively and pioneer new treatments that spare patients the side effects of traditional chemotherapy. It will enable continued help to those affected by blood cancer, with up to date information and a team of patient supporters. This is the 3rd biggest cancer killer and the 5th most common cancer. I would like to raise much needed funds to assist with research, including on-going trials and support for people affected by blood related illnesses with research into this form of cancer. I also wish to assist with raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of these conditions.
