Hi everyone,as I'm sure you all know I've decided to do a marathon in my 60th year,and would really like to help the local charity "family help"womens refuge!(they support women and children fleeing domestic violence!)and since the pandemic there has been a massive increase in people needing their services.Any thing you can spare, no matter how small would be greatly appreciated and put to good use!
