Hello to all our friends and family.

Sharyn, my mum Sue and I will be walking 135Km from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin over 8 days to raise money for MND research in memory of Mike Spriggs.  

Mike was a fantastic step dad to Sharyn and I and the best Poppy that our two boys Harry and Ollie could ever ask for.  We still miss him everyday.  

I have started training.... as its fair to say that I'm not in the best physical condition, LOL, however I am determined to do this to help this great cause.

Any donations would be GREATLY appreciated.
