Myself, Toni birch, the partner of the late Sean McCarthy will be taking part in tough mudder along with 13 of my closest friends and family to raise money for the charity BRAKE.  We go by the name MCCARTHY'S SQUAD

Sadly, we lost Sean in a tragic road accident on 5th January this year, Sean left behind two beautiful daughters, Frankie aged 8 and Charlie aged 4. They miss their daddy dearly and it is heartbreaking as a mother, to not be able to take their pain away.

Without the support I received from BRAKE i do not think that I would have got myself and the girls through the most difficult first few months after Sean's death. BRAKE provided me with valuable support and resources to help me support my beautiful daughters through what is the worse thing that can ever happen to a child, losing a parent at such young ages.

Myself and the other members of McCarthy's squad would really appreciate any donations towards this worthy cause.

FOR SEAN my only true love. i miss you dearly and we are all going to make you proud.
