The killarney adventure mountian race is a race I've been looking forward to do for some time and didn't think about raising money for charities but two of my family members recently passed away leaving all with the same questions as always...."Why and if they'd only spoke to me".

So Danny & Jamsie O' Sullivan this one is in memory for you both.....

There are charities out there that can help out with these mentally sick people so if I can help one person by raising at least £3k for turn the tide for suicide charity in cork, Ireland I would be extremely happy. 

Please donate as little or as much as possible to try and save other people from the saying "WHY" and do share amoungst your friends.
