I've foolishly agreed to run the Derby half marathon "Ramathon" in aid of Safe and Sound Group in Derby.

As I've recently become a father the topic around what Safe and Sound do as a charity has become ever more important in my world. The charity works to help children and young people affected by sexual exploitation and violence. 

Please give generously where possible to support the charity and my hair brained scheme as a basic runner to complete the half marathon.
