I am participating in an event called tough mudder in memory of Danny Lunt on the 6th october 2013. It will not be an easy challenge for me. As i have never done anything this extreme to date. It is a 12 mile obstacle course designed by the special forces to test all round strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. which basically means im more than likely to break something.

I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible for the charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably www.thecalmzone.net)
