hi all, i am doing a half ironman (1.4 mile swim 55 mile bike 13 mile run) yes all in one go!!! on june the 20th and like last year i am doing the london triathlon. All this huffing and puffing will be going to a great cause! Epilepsy research, about 40% of the money raised goes into the Heath hospital(u h w).

Scott and Emily go to the hospital probably once a month for various things. They have just been entered into a research program to try and detect a gene that can possibly cause early onset of seizures, and this is being funded by epilepsy research, so its nice to know that your money is helping not only my two children but others aswell, for those of you who have not seen scott and emily i will try to put an upto date photo on here.
