Story

This year marks five years since a great friend & brother Sean "Macco" McCormack sadly passed away following a battle with lung Cancer. Macco was an avid football fan and for the past four years we have been competing in an extremely competitive tournament in his memory, where the winner takes everything...... and the losers well, they get nothing!

Put quite simply it is 8 teams made up of different age groups who all knew Sean and his family, competing for the Macco Trophy at The Hive Football Centre, Barnet, on the 7th June 2014. The Tournament starts at 11am. It would be great if you could come down and show your support for such a worthy cause.

This year is the Fifth anniversary of Maccos passing and for this reason the tournament promises to be a bigger and better spectacle than past years for both players and spectators, young and old.

The money raised is real, giving people the chance to pass away in comfort and peace whilst it also is changing the lives of people that are in the unbearable circumstance of losing someone close to them. This year we are looking for sponsorship of the event so anybody interested please be in touch.
