In February 2019, I will be donning my walking boots once again and taking on my third major challenge to raise funds for Velindre Cancer Centre.

I've hiked across Patagonia, trekked to the lost city of Machu Picchu, and next I will trekking through the Helambu region of Nepal.

The stunning ancient kingdom of Nepal is home to some of the world’s highest mountains so this trek will be tough.

We will be trekking for around 8-9 hours a day, for 5 days, and camping along the way with no creature comforts, but all for an amazing cause - Velindre.

Please give what you can and help Velindre treat, care and support more cancer patients and their families in Wales.
