I'll be running a half marathon (for fun) on 27 March, but at the same time I'm hoping to raise a bit of money to help the St Luke's cancer fund.  St Luke's supports the diagnosis and treatment of all cancers at the Royal Surrey Hospital, and is looking to buy a state of the art piece of equipment (a gamma camera for those in the know) to enable better understanding of how patients react to treatment so that doctors can improve the effectiveness of that treatment.
