Story
We are going to attempt to cycle along the South Downs Way and then back - 200 miles (350km) with an elevation gain of nearly 4000 metres over a period of 1 week. This means everyday we will cycle 50km to signify the amount of leavers from our school this year. This challenge will be quite tough but it is for a good cause, the charity of Save the Children.
Save the children helps children mostly from Yemen, Mozambique, Syria, and parts of Southern Asia. The countries they help in are usually war zones where children have nothing and can't get a fresh start in life. They supply children with healthcare to fight many diseases, give education, and shelter and protection from their war stricken countries. Many children never even get to see a classroom so Save the children value education highly and provide life skills giving many young children a chance to thrive.
Thank you so much for taking time to read about our project, and every donation big or small counts!
