Nade and I lost our very good friend, Farheen last November. She won her battle with cancer but unfortunately passed away due to complications from a heart attack.

We decided to participate in a race that would challenge us and make Farheen proud so I chose the Rock Solid Race. It is a 10k race with insane obstacles in-between. As fun and challenging as it sounded whilst booking our spaces, now that it is nearer the time and the obstacles have been officially announced we are bricking it!! Time to step up our training program!!

We will be donating to Cancer Research as Farheen had such amazing treatment given to her during her battle with breast cancer. Please give generously and if anybody would like to come and cheer us on then you're more than welcome :)
