In a fit of madness I have signed up to take part in The Color Run Presented by Skittles in 3 weeks' time, which is a 5K run around Greenwich that celebrates health, happiness, friendship, and raises money for the NSPCC at the same time.

This is a particularly mad decision because not only am I woefully unprepared to run 5K at present, but I will also be starting the day in a plain white T and getting splattered with -- SHOCK! HORROR! -- COLOUR every 1km.

Long-distance running... Colour... Mess... This, my friends, will be my idea of a living hell, so please sponsor me to make it all worthwhile!
