On October 9th 2011 I will be running 26.2 miles around Liverpool with 12,000 other idiots.

It is going to hurt, and I am scared. But I will be pushing through, safe in the knowledge that I am doing it for a tremendous cause (as well as my own sense of achievement I suppose).

The Children's Heart Association are a North-West based support group, run by families and friends of children who have suffered with heart disorders.

They provided fantastic support to the brilliant Josh Fielding throughout his entire life, and they deserve wider exposure and of course, more money to continue doing what they are doing, for the many children still afflicted.
