As part of efforts to raise global awareness of human rights for disabled people in North Korea, DULA is currently organising a Europe concert tour for the North Korean Young Artists Para-Ensemble, which is a performance arts group comprising 12 disabled children and young adults, also accompanied by 5 helpers. The tour, which will take place in October, marks the first time in history that North Korean disabled people will perform outside of their country.
