This week , I will be running 3 half marathons over 3 days in the Serengeti to support Grumeti Fund's girls and women empowerment programs in Tanzania.
I will be part of a small group of women in this special event where we'll complete 21km each day for a total of 63km.

I fell in love with this area of Africa when we visited last year and the Grumeti Fund's wildlife and environmental conservation efforts are as remarkable as their support for the local community. I'm very proud to be supporting the girls and women of this special place with educational scholarships and vocational training to enable them to be community leaders in conservation and enterprise.
While I am making my own contribution to this event, I know Grumeti Fund would be so thankful for any additional contributions and I would personally be thankful for your support!
