serge eric's 26 miles Challenge

The 2.6 Challenge · 26 April 2020 ·
Save the UK's Charities General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income. This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.
As a refugee myself, i know so well how much important refugees organisation contribute in supporting people like myself. Refugee Action is very close to my heart and continue to provide the vital services so important for refugees communities. Please join me in supporting the work of refugee action by donating to my page and by doing so we will all help many refugees out there.
As many of you will know i used to be a fair runner but 2 years ago i took upon myself to try and outrun all the parents during my son sport day. it was a bad decision that resulted in ankle and knees injury. To add salt to the injury, an agony end of the race in first position by the reverse order of the finish line arrival, well i could not tell you what that finish line looked like. so for the past 2 years and more i have been recovering. doing so i quickly build up friendship with weight that i am now struggling to shift and age that make everything so difficult. But since 2 month ago, i am trying to make a come back. So for this 2.6 challenge, i am taking on to run 26 miles during one week(7days) in support of refugee Action. my challenge will start on 01/06/2020 till 07/06/2020
Please come and motivate me on this journey by donating generously. I will update the progress every day with some stoke beautiful site seen pictures and record of the run
