Young Minds are the UK’s leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health and are one of Servoca Resourcing Solutions’ chosen charities to support in 2021.

Like Young Minds, we want to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health, and all young people get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what. The effects of the pandemic in the mental health and wellbeing of us all has been well documented but the immediate and potential long term ramifications for young people are particularly daunting.

Whether they need a reassuring conversation, specialist mental health support, or simply the knowledge that they are not alone in how they are feeling, Young Minds seek to make sure that all young people get support that meets them where they're at as quickly as possible.

#HelloYellow is their biggest campaign, taking place every year on World Mental Health Day, Friday 8th October 2021.

We encourage everyone to wear yellow and donate £2 on the day to help show young people they're not alone with their mental health, and help us raise vital funds to continue our work.

You can get involved with your school, workplace, community group, or even on your own. So, dig out your neon socks, custard scarf and banana hat, and join us in saying #HelloYellow this Friday 8 October.

We would like as many people as possible to wear something, anything at all, yellow on Friday 8th October 2021 and make a donation of whatever size to help support Young Minds with their great work. Then for every person that donates or just wears something yellow, we will add an extra £5 up to £500.

If you can then send us a selfie, group picture or whatever then we can share everyone's efforts on our website. So thank you in advance to everyone who joins in, donates, dons something yellow and hopefully sends us a picture as well so that we can help Young Minds help young people and their families who need it.
