We support local clubs, groups and venues to be more inclusive of disabled people

Story

As our chosen charity for the 2021 season, we are fundraising for Active Impact by taking part in a virtual challenge. This Spring, the Superleague, Under 21, Under 19 and management teams will be virtually travelling 1761km; the distance of a circular route visiting all 13 Vitality Netball Superleague franchise home venues across the UK.

Starting, and finishing, at the University of Gloucestershire, team members will clock up the miles by running, cycling, swimming or by any means they choose.

We will be keeping you updated on our social media of our progress; look out for the announcements as we reach each venue!

We are challenging ourselves to go the distance but also to raise money for Active Impact who are making inclusion happen for disabled people in Gloucestershire. Please get behind the teams and support us on our virtual tour. Whatever you can afford will be greatly received and all funds raised will go directly to the charity.

Active Impact create inclusive opportunities for disabled and non-disabled young people, together. We champion inclusion by influencing, challenging and helping organisations to welcome and include disabled people within activities and opportunities. Your fundraising enables us to support arts and leisure organisations to include more disabled young people alongside their non-disabled peers. With your help, we can make Gloucestershire a place where disabled young people feel safe, welcome, and able to take part in the activities they choose.
