So in 2014 I  become 50 .. no comment ...

    In May 2014 I will be running The Brathay 10 in 10. This is  10 Marathons in 10 consecutive days around  Windermere  with the final day including  Windermere  Marathon for all  ,  so to me thats 422 Km or in real money 262 miles in 10 days, bit like going from Windermere to London

       I started running back in 1999, I did WALK Ben Nevis for cystic fibrosis using the line for sponsorship " This is the guy who goes to spar in the car and that's across the road,  and the kid who never did PE at school ", then went on to doing my first marathon in 2000  Manchester, since then I have done many marathons, including Las Vegas , Toronto, Edinburgh, Amsterdam,  London but never doing them back to back day in and day out. 

 

I am doing this to raise needed money for Brathay Trust.

 

The Brathay Trust work alongside disadvantaged young people and work with them to mentor and support them on their self confidence, basic life values & help them to set Life Goals.
