On the 17th August i will be taking part in the Severn Valley 40 mile cycle ride. This will be from Bridgnorth to Ironbridge and is to raise money for Acorns Children's Hospice Trust. 

I am taking part in this challenge with my dad and uncle in memory of my Nan who passed away last year,
