I am running this years Dublin City Marathon to raise much needed funds for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. This charity is especially close to my heart as my 16 month old Daughter, Florence, has CF. At this tender age, she has been through more than most see in a lifetime and the resiliance and strength she has shown has been an inspriration to Valeska and I and all who know her. CFI have been superb in all the various aspects of having a child with CF in Ireland when it comes to getting information. 

I am running the Marathon with my two friends Maria Noone and Fran Harrigan, who have run the DCM and others in the past with me, and it is so rewarding to have prepared for this Marathon with them, with this fund raiser as the end goal.
