I am one of the Directors on Befrienders Highland (BHL).  BHL provides friendships to those with mental health challenges, memory loss and to their carers.  Social isolation of those with mental health challenges, memory loss and their carers has been particularly acute during Covid and the demand for befriending services has increased significantly.
