A breathtaking 11 day charity cycle (November 16th to 26th) from Vietnams Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to the ancient temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia raising funds for our hospice. This is one of the best challenges in the world.

Story

In November 2019 I am participating in a challenging 383km cycle ride from  Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam to Angkor Wat, Cambodia, in aid of Nightingale House Hospice.

For over 20 years staff at Nightingale House Hospice have created an environment that gives patients and their loved ones quality time to spend together. Not having to worry about the care a loved one receives, knowing they are in safe hands means every second spent together is dignified and peaceful. Without support such as yours, our specialist palliative care units wouldn’t be able to deliver such high standards.

“After all, you never know when you will need the great care provided by Nightingale House. Unfortunately, with 1 in 2 of us predicted to get cancer, and everyone knowing someone who has been affected by this awful illness, there is a high chance that many of us will need the Hospice at some point in our lives.”
