Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I will be Climbing Kilimanjaro on February 24th 2011. For The Rob Knox Foundation.
The Rob Knox Foundation was set up after his tragic death on 24th May 2008 where he was murdered outside the Metro bar in Sidcup, southeast London, as he tried to protect his brother Jamie, from a Knifeman.
I chose this charity because I Love the way that Rob stood up and protected his little brother Against a Knifeman. It is the Kind of thing that I would do for any of my Brothers. I also... love the way that Rob's Mum Sally and Dad colin have helped make a difference in other peoples lives by educating them about knife-related crimes.
Knife crimes is something that has also effected me in the past and I feel strongly on raising awareness to the seriousness of carrying knives and of how it can effect a persons' life and how easily a life can be taken and of the devastation and trauma it causes families and loved ones.
