Chalk Farm LDC is a charity based in Willingdon, that supports and trains adults with learning disabilities. 

On the 5th June I am walking from Hastings Pier all the way to Eastbourne on a sponsored Pier-to-Pier walk. This walk is approx. 16 miles. 

All the money raised will go to Chalk Farm LDC.
