Well.....  I love walking, I love running and I love the compassion and care Sue Ryder provides to all the people it touches.  Personally, they have touched my life several times, through loss of my Dad and more recently with my dear friend and running buddy Carol. 

So I thought why not combine my loves and walk the 5k memorial walk for Sue Ryder and raise a few bob.
