I am taking part in the Kerry Challenge 2020 to help DEBRA Ireland fulfil their mission of CARE and CURE. 

Inspiried by Aoife's determination to help her gorgeous niece Ellie and her nephew Oisin, I have decided to join her on this adventure to hike 60km in Kerry this November! As I sit here breaking in my new hiking boots while looking out onto a wet February afternoon the task seems like an enormous mountain to climb (pun intended lol).

This hike is no Everest, but for people living with EB they have these hurdles to face every day, with weekly dressings to replace and a pain that I can only imagine is unbearable. So if hiking around the beautiful Kerry coastline can help, then by god we'll do it.
